ProSight Lite, our popular free fragment matching software for single proteoforms, can now be accessed directly from your browser! The web application version can do everything the desktop version can do, with the added convenience of being available virtually anywhere at the click of a button (below). Be sure to bookmark the page!

The desktop version of ProSight Lite is still available for free download through the National Resource for Translational and Developmental Proteomics.
