Here, we showcase our user-friendly ‘Interactive Decon’ workflow that enables simple intact mass assessments on selected data files. In this application note, we processed intact monoclonal antibody (mAb) trastuzumab data collected using a Thermo Fisher Orbitrap mass spectrometer.
