Databases
XML files containing all known modifications can be downloaded from UniProt and used directly in ProSightPD 4.1. Alternatively, users with older versions of ProSight can upload .xml files into ProSightPC to make ProSight candidate warehouses (.pscw) databases.
Common Databases
Below are links for commonly used databases, with both .xml and .pscw files. For more complex organisms, we’ve included both complex and simple .pscw databases, where more modifications are incorporated in the complex database.
