Intact Mass Determination using ProSight Native!

This note describes our ‘Interactive Decon’ workflow that enables simple mass assessments on selected data files. The entire workflow from spectral average to deconvolution to spectral annotation is all performed at high speed, usually completing in a fraction of a second. In this application note, we processed intact monoclonal antibody (mAb) trastuzumab data collected using a Thermo Fisher Orbitrap mass spectrometer.
