We’re excited to announce that the newest version of ProSightPD (4.1) is now available. This version includes several upgrades in search features and quantitation mapping. The most notable change is that ProSightPD can now be used without a license for Proteome Discoverer, offering a more affordable option for researchers who only perform top down analysis.

While ProSightPD will still be integrated into the Proteome Discoverer environment, the entire platform can now be easily installed using the new ProSight installer.

If you’re using ProSightPC, you can upgrade your license to use ProSightPD 4.1. Please contact your Thermo sales representative.

If you already have a license for Proteome Discoverer, then nothing changes for you. You can continue using ProSight within PD!
