ProSightPD 1.1: Integrating Top Down Searching in Proteome Discoverer 2.1

ProSightPD 1.1 is a plug-in for Thermo Fisher’s Proteome Discoverer 2.1 application that allows running ProSight searches of top down and middle down data within the Proteome Discoverer environment. It includes the workflows and nodes needed to conduct absolute mass and biomarker searches from within the PD interface, and to integrate these results other PD nodes.

ProSightPD 1.1 requires a license key and licensed copies of ProSightPC 4.0 and Proteome Discoverer 2.1. Users who purchased an earlier version of ProSightPC can upgrade for free to ProSightPC 4.0. Please contact us for a ProSightPD 1.1 license key and to upgrade for free to ProSightPC 4.0. ProSightPD 1.1 with High Mass expands on the free search offerings in ProSightPD 1.1. It supports Medium-High and Low-High workflows for analysis of proteins between 30 and 60 kDa.
